There are many ways to participate, whether you have five minutes, a few hours, or want to take on a leadership role.

You can:

• Attend an affiliate meeting.

• Participate in advocacy.

• Join a committee.

• Help plan an educational or networking event.

• Mentor a student or new midwife.

• Share professional opportunities and resources.

• Volunteer for an affiliate project.

• Serve in an elected leadership position.

• Help us celebrate and promote midwifery throughout Iowa.

You don't need to hold a title to make a difference.
